FRESHERS' CONFERENCE

FRESHERS’ CONFERENCE 2026: A POWERFUL BEGINNING

 14th to 16th January

From the 14th to 16th of January, we had the privilege of welcoming the newest students of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) through an impactful and transformative Freshers’ Conference.

Those three days were more than just an event; they were a foundation, a moment of awakening, and a declaration that this new chapter would begin with purpose and excellence.

We gathered to inspire, to guide, and to remind every fresher that gaining admission into KNUST is not just an academic achievement; it is an opportunity to step into leadership, growth, and intentional living.

Throughout the conference, we emphasized:

• The importance of vision and direction.

 • The value of discipline and character.

 • The power of community and meaningful connections.

 • The responsibility that comes with being part of this prestigious institution.

The atmosphere was charged with energy, hope, and ambition. Seeds of confidence were planted. Minds were challenged. Dreams were stirred.

As the conference came to a close on the 16th of January, one thing was clear: this new generation of students is ready, ready to learn, ready to lead, and ready to leave a mark.

To every fresher who attended, thank you for showing up with open hearts and bold expectations. This is only the beginning of your journey at KNUST.

The story has started, and it is already promising.
