🌼The Old Testament is the old concealed. The New Testament is the new revealed.

🌼In the New Testament, the first fruit is the resurrection of Jesus.

🌼In the old covenant,Pentecost was an event but in the new covenant, Pentecost is an experience.

🌼God always works according to His purposes.

🌼In the book of Joel,the prophet Joel spoke about:

1.⁠ ⁠The ruin of Israel

2.⁠ ⁠⁠The restoration of Israel

3.⁠ ⁠⁠The revival of Israel

🌼The fulfillment of this prophecy, Acts 1:4-6

🌼Pentecost is a progression from a promise to a release and from obedience to experience.

🌼God’s promises does not depend on circumstances but on meeting conditions.

🌼When the Holy Ghost came, there was an experience. That experience was a quickening,an awakening and an equipping.

🌼Realities of the Pentecost experience

1.⁠ ⁠Supernatural manifestation: The supernatural was a level higher than our natural realm.

🔥The infilling of the Spirit is an initiation into the realm of power.

🔥Jesus manifested the Holy Spirit Luke 4:14

🔥Tongues speaking is the beginning of Pentecost. We speak in tongues to generate power.

🔥The purposes of Pentecost is to experience the greatness of the day to come.

1.⁠ ⁠Prayer and the Word: Pentecost is birthed prayer, fueled by prayer and propelled by prayer.

🔥The foundation of Pentecost is prayer. The church can only survive by prayer.

1.⁠ ⁠Witnessing: Declaring the word of God boldly with evidence.

🔥Another part of Pentecost is standing in the times of persecution.

1.⁠ ⁠Fellowship and Unity: Consecration is not isolation.

🔥To receive the fullness of Pentecost, desire the Holy Spirit, be expectant!

🌼Sustaining the Pentecostal experience.

1.⁠ ⁠Prayer and fasting coupled with the word.

2.⁠ ⁠Faith and boldness

🌼It’s God’s responsibility to release fire but it’s our responsibility to maintain the fire by fanning it into flames.

🌼Whatever started the move of God must be maintained to sustain the move of God.

🌼When you meet a situation, confront the situation.
